Methodology

Five stages, in order.

Hotel wellness usually arrives as a product decision — a class, a partner, a piece of equipment. We treat it as an operational one. This is the full sequence, and we do not skip stages.

01

Assess

Before anything is designed.

We work through a structured assessment of the property: who your guests actually are, what indoor and outdoor space is genuinely available, what your team can absorb operationally, budget band, seasonality and any constraints — licensing, noise, union agreements, shared facilities. The output is a fit score and a short list of programme categories that suit the property.

02

Design

Programming chosen against the assessment.

We select from a curated programme catalogue and specify format, duration, capacity, space requirement and the practitioner modality each programme needs. If a category does not fit the property, we say so rather than sell it.

03

Staff

Qualified people, verified before they arrive.

Practitioners apply to us directly. We review credentials and insurance certificates, record expiry dates, and match by modality, language and travel radius. Nothing is assigned to a pilot until the paperwork is on file.

04

Launch

A 90-day pilot, not an open-ended contract.

Each pilot has a start date, an end date, a defined weekly cadence per programme and named practitioners. Pricing per session is agreed up front so the commercial picture is clear from day one.

05

Measure

Session by session.

Every session is logged with attendance and revenue. At the end of the pilot we record guest satisfaction, repeat rate, totals and qualitative highlights, then produce a report for ownership with a clear recommendation: extend, adjust or stop.

Ready to be assessed?

Assessments take about two weeks from first conversation to written recommendation.
